The YNA-3092 provides two physical RF test ports in a compact single-slot PXIe form factor. It is designed for automated S-parameter measurement from 10 MHz to 9 GHz, with 10 Hz frequency resolution, +/-3 ppm frequency accuracy, and fast 15 us frequency lock time.
The software environment supports 64 software test channels, 32 traces per channel, up to 10001 points per trace, FIFO test-queue acceleration, linear and segmented sweeps, and standard network-analysis views including log magnitude, phase, VSWR, Smith chart, and polar chart.
Across 30 MHz to 9 GHz, the module specifies 132 dB dynamic range normalized to 10 Hz IF bandwidth. Port output power is configurable from +10 dBm to -30 dBm, with +10 dBm maximum output power across the full 10 MHz to 9 GHz range.
YNA-3092 supports mechanical calibration, matching-product electronic calibration, single-port OSL, and dual-port TR, ER, SOLT, TRL, and UT calibration algorithms. Port extension, fixture embedding, and de-embedding help adapt measurements to cables, fixtures, and production test interfaces.
The module uses PXIe control and is compatible with PXI hybrid slots. It requires 12 VDC input power with 25 W maximum consumption, operates from 0 to 50 C, and has a recommended calibration cycle of 24 months.
