The YNA-3096 is built for multiport S-parameter measurement where two-port instruments are not enough. It provides six physical RF test ports in a dual-slot PXIe module and covers 10 MHz to 9 GHz with 10 Hz resolution and +/-3 ppm frequency accuracy.
The application software supports 64 test channels, 32 traces per channel, 10001 points per trace, FIFO test-queue acceleration, segmented frequency sweeps, continuous triggering, manual single triggering, and external triggering. Display formats include log magnitude, linear magnitude, phase, VSWR, Smith chart, and polar plot.
YNA-3096 specifies 132 dB dynamic range across 30 MHz to 9 GHz, normalized to 10 Hz IF bandwidth. Port output power ranges from +10 dBm to -30 dBm, with +10 dBm maximum output power across the full 10 MHz to 9 GHz range.
The module supports mechanical calibration, matching-product electronic calibration, single-port OSL, and two-port TR, ER, SOLT, TRL, and UT calibration algorithms. Port extension, fixture embedding, and de-embedding support complex fixture and production test configurations.
The YNA-3096 fits PXI hybrid slots, uses 12 VDC input power with 60 W maximum consumption, operates from 0 to 50 C, and has a recommended calibration interval of 24 months.
