20 GHz PXIe Vector Network Analysis
The YNA-3202 brings two-port vector network analysis to a compact single-slot PXIe module. It covers 10 MHz to 20 GHz and can be configured to extend to 22 GHz, making it suitable for microwave component validation and automated RF test systems.
Measurement Software
The software supports S11, S21, S22, and S12 measurements, 64 software test channels, 32 traces per channel, 10001 points per trace, FIFO test-queue acceleration, linear sweeps, segmented sweeps, and display formats including log magnitude, phase, VSWR, Smith chart, and polar chart.
YNA-3202 specifies 132 dB dynamic range across its frequency bands. Output power reaches +10 dBm up to 18 GHz and +8 dBm from 18 GHz to 20 GHz, with a lower range limit of -30 dBm. Selectable IF bandwidths from 1 MHz to 10 Hz allow engineers to balance speed and sensitivity.
Calibration and Fixture Workflows
The module supports mechanical calibration, matching-product electronic calibration, single-port OSL, and dual-port TR, ER, SOLT, TRL, and UT calibration algorithms. Port extension, fixture embedding, and de-embedding are available for fixture-aware measurements.
General Specifications
YNA-3202 uses PXIe control, is compatible with PXI hybrid slots, requires 12 VDC input power with 25 W maximum consumption, operates from 0 to 50 C, and has a recommended calibration cycle of 24 months.
